On the swirl and breath out, wonderful caramel and vanilla. On the nose i feel like there is a cinnamon cherry. Absolutely well balanced, and a burn, but breath right, and its so smooth. Really enjoyed this one.
Wow, 113 proof smooth, bit of warmth, nose is carmel and maple, full of flavor and delicious... im certainly a novice and a 5 is probably excessive as a professional, but easily rock solid by anyones standards.
