Its very sweet. For some that isnt a bad thing but I tried using it for a batch of espresso martinis and the sweetness and artificial flavor was too overpowering. I wouldn’t recommend for most cocktails
My favorite vanilla vodka, smooth and delicious by itself and great in mixed drinks.
