This is a peculiar one. I love heavy, new world hopped beer. An ice cold one of these is a perfect companion to the most resinous/bitter of these. Simple sugar syrup (with hibiscus if you're fancy!) and fresh lime cocktail? Oh my days, I'm in the Caribbean
