Adventurous Stills - Peralta Bourbon Small Batch Straight

Nose: Malt forward on the nose. Pie Crust and Fruit. Palate: Cherry, Caramel, and Vanilla. Medium mouthfeel. Finish: Surge of baking spices accompanied by some heat, fades to light maple sugar candy with a touch of vanilla. Thoughts: Not bad at all. The surge of heat on the finish isn’t quite for me, but still good!

On nose i get vanilla and char.
