An elegant, Single Malt Whiskey from Highland, Scotland aged for a minimum of 10 years & bottled in 2011. It has an aromatic birth with notes of grain, fruit, wood, herbs & spices; while a balanced life adds notes of malt, citrus, malt, caramel & oak; that led to a death of medium length with notes of honey, iodine, sea spray & smoke. Nose heavy caramel, with butterscotch, soft leather, citrus, cake, green apple. Soft and sweet on the palate, vanilla, leather, caramel, cake.

Its superpower is its price. Strong afterfinish. More palatable in a cocktail or to cook with.

Honey, oats, cereal, hint of dried apricots and heather. Warm and summery

Good bang for your buck. Typical highland malt, but for a budget price.
