Alpine Distilling Double-Oaked Bourbon Whiskey Private Stock (Total Wine - 2018)

I ended up trying this, really just to see how it compares to Woodford DO. This is clearly younger, but the higher proof gives the flavors a nice punch. You’ll have some burn, but a cube of ice really opens it up and takes the edge off. Its not woodford, but its a very nice expression.
