American Ace Spirits Cask Strength

Nose is cinnamom spice and vanilla, and even after being open for 6 months, it’s still full of ethanol. Palate is hot, dry, creeping vanilla that flashes sweet for just a second before turning back to hot and dry. Leaves a lidocaine tingle on the gums. Adding water removes the flash of sweet, and just makes it hot and dry from start to finish. Flying Ace is a great place to visit. The farm to table food is fantastic and the specialty beers are great. I recommend you go for the food and beer, and pass on the spirits.
