A rich, Single Malt Scotch Whisky by the Knockdhu Distillery in Highland, Scotland aged for 14 years in both Spanish Sherry & ex-Bourbon casks, then bottled in 2014. It has a zesty & fruity birth with notes of dark chocolate, orange zest & fresh cut hay; while a full & creamy life adds notes of candied orange zest, custard, hint of fig & baked pecans; that led to a long & delicate death with a hint of spice.
