About this bottle

Said Touma came from a family with a long history in the alcohol business and founded Clos St. Thomas in 1997. The winery was named after the chapel of St. Thomas, found in the heart of the vineyards. Arak Touma is distilled four times using a variety of grapes and quality aniseed.

A delicate, herbal liqueur by Rachid Tanios Touma & Freres in Lebanon crafted with grape neutral spirit & anise seeds; aged for a minimum of 6 months before being bottled at 100 proof. It has a delicate birth with hints of anise; while an elegant life led to a quick & balanced death. June / July 2020
