Soothing coastal and woodsy peat nose. Peat intensifies on the palate and morphs into a more iodine version. Chewy texture in the jowls. Pound cake, cracked pepper, and toast crusts. Water makes the texture a little more oily and adds vanilla cream. Finishes semisweet with a focus on peat. Well done but for the value, I would still take the standard AD releases.
