Nose: Aromatic dark chocolate smothering dried cranberries, citrus zest. Palate: Pink lady apple. Cocoa notes. A nice autumnal spice mix. Finish: Raisins and prunes, black pepper with chocolate lingering on for quite some time. This is listed as Scottish but it isn't. This is a French whiskey.
Une belle odeur de fruits rouges qui vient directement au nez, cerise, mures.. En bouche, on retrouve ce cote fruitee puis directement le malt, caramel, vanille, une belle degustation.
Berry nose, cherry and wood. Nice fruitiness without being overly sweet. Dryness which is quite pleasant
I wanted to love this one but the nose is too harsh. I much prefer the 10 yr
