New England Sweetwater Farm & Distillery had their grand opening in Spring 2016. To make their gin they redistill their premium vodka (made from apples and potatoes) with their farm-grown junipers and other classic botanicals which are introduced via vapor-infusion.

The worst gin I have ever had! I am sad to report that the ashuelot gin tastes like vodka(or a neutral spirit of sort) is placed in a green(new) American oak barrel and bottled In the same week. A smell of green grass and oak almost musty. A taste like isopropyl alcohol... am I missing something? I LOVE gin! This a huge disappointment!
This maybe the worst gin I have ever tasted. It has a very harsh taste and almost tastes like an inexpensive vodka.
