A rich, fortified, dinner wine crafted with a blend of Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Folle Blanche, Semillon, Sauvignon Blanc & Montils with a very young, high alcohol cognac; aged for a minimum of 10 years in Limousin oak casks. It has an aromatic birth with notes of dried fruits, wood, nuts, herbs & spices; while a rich life adds notes of hazelnut butter, gingerbread, prune, raisin, dried apricot & candied oranges; that led to a rich death of medium length with notes of oak, cinnamon, honey, marzipan, rancio & sea spray.
