Nose: Vanilla, Australian bush and vegetation, bourbony, it smells innocuous and very different to the taste. Palate: Bam the red gum hits in the face Uniquely Australian in red gum cask. Bit of a burn. Warming. Licorice and sourness. Finish: Medium with lots of licorice and red gum acidity.
