Similar complex aroma to the hokkaido, but sweeter. Cane sugar. Sweet scotch type flavor on the palate, sweetness is darker than the aroma, closer to maple syrup or caramel. Medium light body, longer tail that lets the sweetness linger. Same long tail as the other bainbridge whiskies.
