🎩 Tonight’s Dram: A BBC Blend that Whispers When You Wish It Would Sing 🎩 We swirl, we sniff, we dive nose-first into a glass that greets us with the gentlest of whispers—caramel, vanilla, oak, and maple syrup playing a polite round of hide-and-seek. No fireworks here—just a soft hello from a sweet Southern front porch. 🥃 First Sip: A tickle of ethanol says “howdy” before stepping aside for a gentle glide of vanilla. Smooth? Yes. Subtle? Absolutely. Like sipping bourbon through a silk handkerchief. 🥃 Second Sip: Now we’re talkin’! A dash of pepper, a drizzle of maple syrup, and a cozy wave of caramel roll in like autumn wind through a sugar shack. It’s warming up—but still keeping its voice down. 🥃 Third Sip: And just like that, it drifts into near silence. Smooth to the point of shy, with a whisper of oak that politely lingers, then exits stage left. The finish? Warm, brief, and a little bashful—like a guest who leaves the party just when things get interesting. 📜 The Stats:    •   48% 8-Year Georgia    •   26% 5-Year Bardstown    •   20% 4-Year Kentucky    •   6% 12-Year Kentucky Sounds like a recipe for greatness, right? And yet…this one felt like an all-star band playing elevator music. I love Bardstown Bourbon Company—but this blend just didn’t strike the chord I was hoping for. 💸 Final Thought: At $50, there are more expressive options out there—Green River Full Proof being one of them. This one? A pleasant pour, but not a headline act.
