Barrell Bourbon Private Release GXB2 "Walk in Plum Park"

Tried neat thanks to @Looneyhead Kinda burns my nose hairs. On the nose it is very fruit foward and rum like with notes of brown sugar, caramel, plums, vanilla. On the palate its hot with notes of red tamale candy, cinnamon, pepper, warm cake & burnt creme brulee.

Nose of pear, oak, red apple, nuts, vanilla, grape jelly, soft leather. Palate has heat, but otherwise cherry, brown sugar, caramel, vanilla, pepper, oak, conifer, funnel cake. Long, hot, sweet and spicy finish.
