About this bottle
Australian whiskey distillation became legal in the 1990's. Australia's first and only rye whiskey producer, Belgrove Distillery, is owned and operated by farmer Peter Bignell, who utilizes biofuel and sustainability. This White Rye Whiskey is unaged and consists of 100% rye, grown onsite. It is bottled at 40% ABV.
