Benrinnes 15 Year Old 2006 (cask 15419) - Old Particular

Nose: Sweet floral notes like elderflower, crisp green apple. Hints of white pepper. On the retro I get freshly baked warm white bread. Palate: Creamy texture. Freshly cut pears foremost with a danish pastry and cinnamon dusting. Finish: Oaky, white pepper heat that subsides to leave flaked almond and orchard fruit. Cinnamon follows up once more.

Seems to be so many versions of this whisky it is hard to keep track.
