This whiskey is surprisingly light in colour. This whiskey smells of honey from a beehive wafting on a breeze in an orchard. The palate is sweet and creamy, the finish is brown sugar and some sort of cake… like a honey cake with a butter cream frosting. Its delicious!

Nose: Very light and fruity. Pineapple, honey, some unripe mango. Palate: Creamy mouthfeel. Crisp green apple and sweet pears. Light maple syrup. Finish: More apple on the finish but softened like a cooked apple. Lasting finish of heather honey.
