Very balanced. Some pleasant honey notes upfront with a dry herbal finish for balance. Faint gentian, but does beg to show a bit more of that. Slight citrus presence as well.

Classic Italian herbal bitterness; not sure that I can describe it any more specifically than that.

Very pleasingly bitter with an herbal bite and slight quinine presence.
