Bottled at 91 proof in honor of distiller Ted Pappas' fellow classmates from the class of 1991 at the Citadel, Barlow Trail is a no age statement whiskey. Big Bottom founder Ted Pappas currently serves as president of the Oregon Distillers Guild, and named the company after protected forest land around Oregon's Mount Hood. In its local community, Big Bottom focuses its efforts on working to protect Oregon wildlife as well as supporting conservation efforts.

I like this, it's sweet with notes of honey and vanilla... a little heat, but not enough to kill the smoothness. A little spice comes through in the finish... I'm a fan!
Actually the Delta Rye Deliciously spicy, somewhat similar to burnside rye
soft note, sweet with slight bitter sip with quick spicy burn follow
Vanilla sweet like butterscotch late finish
