An intense, 'Flavored Canadian Whisky by Phillips Distilling in Minnesota bottled at 60 proof.' It has an aromatic birth with notes of herbs & spices; while a rich & spicy life adds notes of cinnamon & vanilla; that leads to a 'Red Hots' candied death of medium length. January 2023 / July 2024
