Neck pour. Neck pour is good, but not fantastic. Very lemony and salty with some earthy peat. Semisweet, balanced and almost creamy. Lasting finish. Tastes a lot like the big Pete Christmas edition that I had, although it is more refined. Not sure it’s worth the $120 I paid. Right now. I’d rate it behind the Laphroaig Quarter Cask, which is 1/2 the discount price of this bottle. Time open could change my mind though.

Little more balanced than christmas edition, but also therefore a little less peaty and strong. Nice smooth backbone to this one.
