Black Dirt Single Barrel

Barrel: BDA133 On the smell, I just get a bunch of alcohol and a bit of biscuit. With the taste, I get a lot of alcohol with the burn at the end. A slight peppery and biscuity flavor. Alittle bit of water and it opens up slight with more of the caramel and vanilla flavors but still a lot of alcohol heat

Earthy barrel spice, young oak nose. Oily with good heat. NY water. Black pepper. Rising burnt caramel in jowls. Solid finish.

Bright golden hue. Earthy aroma. Very spicy, peppery. Tad harsh on the back end. Needs a bit of water.

#Bloody Butcher-2. 60.2% Raw peanuts and pitted grape skins. Savory and oily. Quality heat.
