Aww nuts...no, seriously nutty taste! π Pretty balanced on the nose, slight spearmint and anise. Taste is overwhelmingly nutty: almonds, peanuts, walnuts, some buttered popcorn. Finishes smooth, does not linger, with a very slight pepper on the back end. Overall, for a 1.75 L at the cost, and 80 proof, this is solid buy. Not the best I've ever had but certainly not the worst! Would buy again if more readily available in my area.

I was given a massive bottle of this as a βgiftβ of sorts. Nothing too crazily amazing, but not superbly terrible either. Prob best as a mix, as mentioned in other reviews. Iβm an on the rocks kind of guy, and itβs ok.
Mehhhhhh. It's a typical, young, corny whiskey, has the classic bourbon nose but not much else going on. Not to mention, a pretty bitter backnote. A mixer at best.
This is the bourbon that first got me into bourbons. not terrible, but not something to be a constant sipper. price is right for quality.
Sweet bourbon vanilla notes. Good mixer as it is reasonably priced.
Vanilla and caramel notes. Affordability allows for a great mixer
