Nose smells of grain, young. Taste - corn, lots of it. Young, some unripe fruit. Would love additional years in the barrel. Good, not bad. Would drink again but wouldnt buy the bottle.
Dry fruit up front. Lingering winter spices, vanilla notes. Reminds me of some Colorado whiskeys with similar mash bills.
