Grannysmith apple and mesquite on the nose to me. Reminds me of peg leg porker, but if it was stewie griffin’s genetically modified pig; because this thing packs a punch. The TN in it is 13yrs, but idk how much of it is the TN. The heigold in it I’d guess 4-6yrs. So technically it’s not 13. Still, the flavor is on point. Getting it for 50 instead of 150, it’s amazing and a no brainer buy for that price.

Finished in Calvados cask. A litrle cinnamon spice, a little sweet.
Complex and hot but very pleasant. Fruity finish.
