A balanced, Kentucky Straight Bourbon by Stitzer Weller Distilling Co. in Kentucky aged for 22 years. It has a delicate birth with notes of toasted oak, vanilla bean, fig & a hint of caramel; while a smooth & smoky life adds notes of torched sugar, apples baked in honey & spices; that led to a quick & oily death with hints of raisin, anise, tea, fruit & citrus.
