Gleaned from various websites: This is distilled from 100% Bolita Belatove pink corn. Bolita Belatove is grown in the central valleys of Oaxaca, Mexico. Aged less than a year in used oak and demijohn glass. Nose: Light notes fluctuate between creamed corn, buttered popcorn and apricots. Palate: Earthy, semi sweet and a little viscous, light notes of roasted corn, caramel and vanilla. Finish: Medium length with earthy yeast notes and a pinch of heat. Empty glass smells of roasted bananas.
