Bondstone Distiller's Select Kentucky Straight Bourbon

Soft nose; toffee, oak, peach, vanilla, sawdust, grass, corn. Weak palate, oak, hints of baker’s chocolate, black pepper, and white sugar, ash. Ashy, short, burnt finish.

Drinks like a peaty scotch. I’d add a drop of water next time.
