Boom Boom Bourbon

Surprisingly good and sweet. Standard bourbon nose - nothing stands out. First sip - some sort of apple. Nice finish - continues with apple, very smooth. No sting. Well done Northeast Ohio.

Mild maple flavor to me leans towards the rye side
