Bootlegger New York Bourbon

Bootlegger New York Craft Straight Bourbon Whiskey from Do Good Spirits spirits out of #Roscoe #NY. A 93 Proof (46% Alcohol by volume) bourbon. The nose has an inviting aroma of hot French toast, cinnamon and a hint of citrus. On the palate it is nice and rich with dark chocolate, vanilla, coffee, and a healthy dose of cinnamon & baking spices.

Reasonably smooth with slightly spicy finish. Needs a few drops of water to dilute

Nose has notes of citrus and baking spices. Spicy, with hints of cinnamon.

It's fine. But doesn't have a warm aftertaste that is common in bourbon.

Bit of a burn but strong taste.
