Bottega Pistacchio

We usually enjoy pistachio products but, this one didn’t live up to our expectations. It was quite earthy, thick and it sort of tasted more like the skin of the pistachios. Is it perhaps too “traditional“ for the international market or, is it really missing something?

The bright nutty pistachio flavour balances the sweet creaminess. Lovely on the rocks.
