Boulder Spirits Cask Strength Bourbon

Very soft cannula and a slight musty scent. Maybe banana? Palette: slightly sweet upfront with a malty vanilla backbone. Very dry, somewhat cola flavor. There is a bite with this proof, but there is something sweet and fruity about it. Water tames the alcohol, but all the flavor remains. Yummy.

Wish i bought a bottle. Visited in CO amd bought a sampler which was good just didnt have the big dawg cask in it. Grest pour balance heat smoothness and flavor. Awesome juice in CO
