Bowmore introduced its Sherry Oak Cask Collection in 2024 with four single malt offerings ranging from 12-21 years-old. This bottling matured at least 15 years in European oak oloroso sherry casks and American oak ex-bourbon barrels before a finish in European oak oloroso sherry casks. A bowmore 15 sherry cask - if i had to combine numbers and words that would be how id do it. So im biased. Smooth and of course a bit sweet frim sherry but also that gorgeous, subtle bowmore smoke. Easy 5.
