A rich, single cask bottling of 15-year-old single malt from Braeval, drawn from a Sherry butt which was laid down in May 2001 and bottled in November 2016. 377 bottles were produced by Douglas Laing, released for their Old Particular range. It has a soft birth with notes of Brandy snaps, Mocha, anise & forest floor; while rich life adds notes of coffee, hints of cinnamon & smoke; that led to a delicate death with hints of red fruit & peppery oak. March / August 2018 / September 2022
