Brandy Sainte Louise is made primarily from Charentais copper pot distilled eaux de vie made from ugni blanc grapes grown just outside the Cognac region. It is aged in French oak in the Charente region of Cognac for 3-10 years. A small amount of Spanish and Italian brandy is also included in the blend. After blending, it's bottled at 43% ABV. Brandy Sainte Louise launched in 2018 with brandy cocktails in mind.

Brandy Sainte Louise has a clear, copper appearance. The aroma is of grapes and oak. The flavor is similar, with possible grape leaf notes. It is very smooth, with a bit of a lingering finish. A pleasant sipper. RJT
I love cognac and this stuff is amazing! A little over proof and perfectly priced for cocktails! Fab in Sazeracs to Sangrías!
