Bunker Rye Whiskey

Rye spice aroma but with a buttery sweetness too. Maybe butterscotch? Agave? Super light thin body, rye flavor dominates everything, maybe some banana bread tastes. Needs a bit more body.

With PC. Too peppery. Didn’t taste the complexity promised by the double cask.
