It's not often I want a sweet drink, and I am usually against flavored whiskey, but I tasted this at the distillery in Northern Ireland a few years ago and brought home a bottle that was far too small. Now that this spirit is not available in the US I'm anxious to get back and buy more. :)

You can definitely taste honey but it’s still bushmils. Smooth without complexity - just nice strong drink
