Lots of sherry on the nose, dried fruits and honey. The palate is all spicy Christmas cake. The finish is a sweet lingering chocolate and brandy butter sauce to go on top of the rich Christmas pudding. Yummy! …sometimes I wonder if it’s worth it to drink non-cask whiskies?
