Strong pineapple smell and flavour and less of an alcohol/rum flavour. It's decent for it's price category. In a cocktail like a cuba libre I really like this one (so for just cocktails the score would be higher), since it also adds a nice level of pineapple flavour. However if you want to drink a neat rum you'll probably want to go for more traditional rums.
