Castle & Key The Untold Story of Kentucky Whiskey is made in partnership with the Kentucky Black Bourbon Guild. This second chapter is made from a blend of wheated bourbon and traditional bourbon at a 50:50 ratio. It is bottled without chill-filtration at 53.3% ABV. Like the first release, 100% of its sales support Castle & Key Scholarship Fund to support scholarships for students of color who have interest in working in the distilling field in Kentucky. Only 426 bottles produced and sales begin on November 19, 2022 at the distillery in Frankfort, Kentucky. (SRP $174.99)
