Strong nose, caramel and orange peel. Palate hits sweet and somewhat hot, turning to carameled apples. I get a hint of curaçao in the background. As the flavor fades, I taste toasted marshmallow, but not exceptionally oaky or smoky. The flavors do linger a while, but the finish ends in a bit of a whimper. Not very complex, but tasty nonetheless. I have to think that more time in the finishing barrels and/or less of the TN whiskey would have let more interesting flavors come through.

An interesting nose, with a bit of spice. Sweet. Body is where the vanilla hits and a bit of wood. Quite smooth with slightly smokey undertones.

Strong alcohol smell with hints of bananas and carmel. Taste is smooth with toasty oak. Subtle oaky finish
