About this bottle
Chapmans Apple Brandy is made in D.C. by the team at Republic Restoratives. The apples were sourced from Pennsylvania and the apple juice was rested and fermented distilled on its lees (a technique which provides a fuller, deeper profile as a result). The brandy was then aged in a mix of French and American oak for six months. Bottled at 92 proof. The apple brandy is named after Johnny "Appleseed" Chapman.
