Chase Rhubarb Vodka is made at the field-to-bottle Chase Distillery in Herefordshire. This rhubarb-flavored vodka was initially only a limited edition release but is now a permanent part of its portfolio. It is made using the distillery's classic Potato Vodka as the base to which locally-grown rhubarb macerates and then is re-distilled. Post-distillation fresh rhubarb macerates again giving the vodka a pink tint.
