Chattanooga Whiskey's Experimental Single Batch Series Batch 047: Single Pot Still is inspired by the Irish single pot still tradition. Its mash bill includes floor-malted barley, raw barley, and malted oats, specifically Calypso barley and "naked" oats. The whiskey undergoes double distillation in a copper pot still and matures in a mix of custom-toasted, long-seasoned new charred oak casks. Bottled at 95 proof, it is available from February 5, 2026, at the Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery and online via Seelbachs in certain states, with an MSRP of $59.99.
