It is aged in 53 gallon white oak barrels for over two years, and is bottled at 45% ABV. Tamworth Distilling donates $1 from every bottle sold to the Chocorua Lake Conservancy.

A young Rye that is a pleasant sipper. 100% rye with only 2 years in the barrel delivers a peppery flavor with some hints of orange peel. Not bad and wax happy to support a local distillery here in NH.
Smooth rye. A bit bland and one dimensional. Not bad.
