Nose: Baking spices, apples, Palate: Apple pie, vanilla, caramel Finish: Short but longering finish, mostly baking spices A famila tale: an Indiana whiskey with a 75/21/4 rye mashbill. MGP sourced liquid aged 6 years. Circle City is a self described Independent Bottler, which makes this Bottled-In-Bond more interesting in the steps they needed to take to transfer barrels to keep that designation from Ross & Squibb. Overall this is everything you would expect from an MGP bourbon: a serviceable and verstaile pour but nothing to write home about.
