About this bottle
Habitation Clément in Le François, Martinique, produces Clément Blanc. This unaged rhum agricole is distilled from fresh sugarcane juice at Fonds-Préville Distillery using a Creole copper column still. After fermenting in open tanks with French baker's yeast for 24 hours, it rests in stainless steel. The spirit is gradually proofed over six months before bottling. Three versions are offered, bottled at 80, 100, and 110 proof, all without added sugar.
